Virtual Qube Technologies ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Stack Rush mobile game.
1. Information Processed
Stack Rush can create a Firebase anonymous identifier and lets a player choose a guest nickname.
When online features are used, we process the nickname, game scores, lines, level, battle-room status and related timestamps to provide matchmaking, friend challenges and leaderboards.
Stack Rush uses Google AdMob. Depending on the user's device, region, consent choices and advertising settings, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as an IP address, advertising or app-set identifiers, product interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention.
We do not ask for a real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone access or payment details in the current version of Stack Rush.
2. How Information Is Used
Information processed through Stack Rush may be used to:
- Operate solo and online game features.
- Create and join battle rooms.
- Display guest nicknames and leaderboard scores.
- Serve, measure and protect advertising.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems.
3. Service Providers
We use Google Firebase for anonymous authentication and realtime game data.
We also use Google AdMob for advertising and consent management.
These providers may process information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies and applicable data protection requirements.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Battle-room data may be removed or expire as part of normal game operation.
A guest nickname and leaderboard score may remain in Firebase after the Stack Rush application is uninstalled.
To request deletion of information associated with your Stack Rush account or guest profile, contact us at game@vqube.co.in and provide your guest nickname and any information reasonably required to identify the relevant record.
We may need to verify sufficient information about the account or game profile before completing a deletion request in order to prevent unauthorized deletion of another player's information.
5. Children
The current version of Stack Rush is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided information through Stack Rush, please contact us so that we can review the information and delete it where appropriate.
6. Security
Network data is transmitted using encrypted connections supported by Firebase and Google Mobile Ads.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through Stack Rush. However, no method of electronic storage, transmission or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Stack Rush, its features, third-party services or applicable legal requirements change.
When changes are published, the effective date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated.
